I am a certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT, Yoga Alliance), Mat Pilates Instructor, and Pain Coach, trained by YogaWorks NYC, Yogi Beans NYC, Josie McKenlay, and Liebscher & Bracht.
With a background in dance, I understand the body deeply. My Slow Flow Yoga blends various styles for a powerful yet mindful practice. Pilates helps me balance flexibility and strength, supporting joint health.
I offer precise guidance for all levels, combining movement, breathwork, and meditation to ease pain, reduce stress, and improve well-being. I also teach fascia stretches, foam rolling, and osteopressure for self-care at home.
